This treadmill is so lonely right now 8-(
I need some serious motivation in the fitness department. I ran my 10k and that was great, but it’s time to move on with a new schedule and I am having a hard time. In the south the weather is getting hot and I don’t run in races when it is hot outside. Just to get a clear picture of what we deal with here – the past two years we have had over 60 days where the temp hit 100 degree or more.
I am trying to come up with a creative schedule for working out and hopefully motivate me until I need to start training for my runs that I have scheduled for the fall. I haven’t stopped all together, but I have mainly been walk/running with a stroller in front of my recently. Any suggestions from my faithful readers. Leave me a comment and tell me what you do to stay motivated - I need HELP. If and when I get some suggestions I will try and work them into my schedule. Thanks and Happy Day to You!
